When doing a crossword and the clue is ‘happy’, our first thought is prosecco. The twist top
We were the first Australian prosecco to be bottled in a stay-fresh screw cap, so you can keep your leftover bubbles longer in the fridge. Within reason of course, it lasts about a week, and better if you don’t open the bottle repeatedly. Now it’s easy to enjoy the bubbles in your prosecco with a single glass now and then — cheers!
The DMAC effect
Our winemaker, Dwayne (aka DMAC), is one helluva fusspot when it comes to quality, and it totally shows. We won’t get too technical, but Dwayne has a persnickety way of wanting things [just so]. And you know what? You can’t argue with results. Every business needs a stickler for quality like DMAC and we adore his attention to detail that makes our wines oh-so amazing.
Our prosecco is sourced from Victoria’s home of Prosecco, the King Valley. It was the first wine region to plant the Glera grape variety in Australia, and is a thriving winemaking region, renowned globally for its amazing produce.
For us, wine is about enjoyment — sharing a glass or two to connect with your special humans, and spoil yourself. Whether you are relaxing after a long day or partying with friends, we have the wine to match. We’re not about being snooty, inaccessible or using confusing language. We want to care for this planet — it’s the only one with wine! Sustainability has been at the forefront of our business since we started in 1982. Working daily on the land, we see first-hand the effects of climate change, and it’s devastating. We continually make improvements to ensure our footprint is kept to a minimum by:
- replanting trees on our property—we have planted over 10,000 trees since 1990
- using 100% recyclable packaging, which means our cartons are a little bit fugly but a lot more sustainable
- investing heavily in irrigation systems and vineyard treatments such as straw and natural soils to reduce unnecessary water usage

Make a prosecco margarita
The perfect drink for a hot summer night with friends, this is great for entertaining. Salud!
- 1 part Tequila
- 1 part Cointreau
- 2 parts chilled sugar syrup
- Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 6Ft6 Prosecco
- Salt, to rim glassware
- Fresh lime wedges, for garnish
- In a bowl, add Tequila, Cointreau, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice
- Place in refrigerator and chill for two hours
- Run the cut edge of a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt
- Add ice to glass and divide chilled tequila mix evenly
- Top with 6Ft6 Prosecco
- Stir and taste
If you like it a little sweeter, add extra sugar syrup. For some extra tartness, add more lime juice and a dash of tequila.
